GEODIANS Owning Our Diversity (G.O.O.D)
The GEODIANs Owning Our Diversity (G.O.O.D.) Network focuses on elevating the voices of people of color within the organization. They aim to strengthen the GEODIS community and business operations by identifying and implementing solutions to attract, retain, develop, and promote diverse top talent from underrepresented groups.
The Social Responsibility Committee (SRC)
The Social Responsibility Committee (SRC) is a collection of passionate GEODIS employees who volunteer to serve as liaisons between the GEODIS Foundation and the non-profit organizations the Foundation supports. SRC members help these organizations achieve funding and plan a wide variety of volunteer opportunities so GEODIS teammates can give back to the communities where they live and work.
Emerging Leaders is a group of aspiring leaders with a vision to establish a culture where the strengths of the next generation can be effectively leveraged to accelerate the overall success of GEODIS.
GEODIS PRIDE+ works to cultivate an inclusive and safe environment for ALL GEODIANS regardless of sex, gender, or sexual orientation and to provide them with resources needed for growth and development. The group strives to create a platform for GEODIANS to be their authentic selves, increase LGBTQ+ visibility, and foster a safe space for fellowship.
GEO-Vet is a military onboarding program that was established to recruit, develop and retain our veterans. We understand that the same skills and principles that helped our veterans bravely serve our country, build the firm foundation needed for success at GEODIS.
GEODIS Women’s Network
The GEODIS Women´s Network (GWN) focuses on improving gender balance in GEODIS Managerial teams and inspiring women to reach their full potential. Through their events and mentorship program, they are laying the foundation to retain and develop female leaders and bringing enhanced awareness to workplace challenges.
Committed to Serve
Our GEODIANs are committed to serving disadvantaged communities and protecting the planet by contributing their time, skills, and resources to fundraising and humanitarian efforts. We encourage and support our teammates to volunteer with local nonprofits and community organizations and take great pride in the positive impact we are making on the world.
