Account Representative - Air Import

* Coordinating and executing air and ocean export shipments to ensure excellent customer service levels
* Prepares all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, international export declarations, certificate of origin, letters of credit
* Reviews pertinent domestic and foreign trade regulations
* Maintain communication with customers, carriers, government agents, and vendors

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the importation of goods or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
* Knowledge of the movement of freight via air and/or ocean and Letters of Credit preferred
* Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
