Your role on the team:

• Administers the benefit billing process.  Runs established reports in the UltiPro HRIS, compares vendor billing amounts to deduction totals from reports, and enters billing information in Coupa expense system.
• Works with the Benefits and Accounting teams to resolve any issues.
• Compiles bi-weekly payroll files for extra pay submissions and follows up with local HR on any issues.
• You will administer the monthly recognition award program and assist with maintaining procedural and process documentation.  

What you need:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 6 months of related billing or general office clerical experience.
