The points below highlight the Senior Customer Service Representative duties:
Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints
Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders
Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training
Exposure to Tier 1or 2 warehouse management system or comparable
