Sr Accountant

The Sr Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the Company with accounting, compliance, analysis, reporting and reconciliations.

Your role on the team:

• Prepares monthly journal entries as assigned
• Analyzes general ledger accounts
• Provides intercompany coordination, review, and analysis
• Prepares/reviews balance sheet reconciliations for Corporate and Holdings
• Assists with compiling and preparing analysis, schedules, and compiling data for the annual financial audit
• Assists with compiling data for various tax filings as requested
• Assists with US GAAP research of technical accounting positions for complex transactions   

What you need: (requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year college or university
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Customs Brokerage or Freight Forwarding
