The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining pricing tools, profitability models, and pricing sheets across the Freight Forwarding network supporting Air Export and Import.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The points below highlight the Sr. Pricing Analyst - Air Product duties:

Administers pricing updates for new and existing tenders including rate extension, revision, monthly market GRI’s (General Rates Increases), and quarterly fuel and accessorial updates

* Manages all aspects of responses to Request for Tender (RFT), tenders, and bids pertaining to air accounts focusing on quotes for all export and USA imports
* Pricing responsibilities include Intermodal transport
* Coordinates with overseas offices to collect accurate local charges and air/ocean freight rates while assessing data from a variety of sources to prepare a competitive price for the tender submission
* Assists Pricing and Proposal Manager to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies; manages prices for key accounts
* Administers pricing updates for existing tenders including rate extension, revision, monthly market GRI’s (General Rates Increases), and quarterly bunker updates (BAF/BUC)

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of related and/or combination of education and work experience
* Excel knowledge; combing through large data sets, managing bid process
* Experience with the CargoWise suite of logistics software
* Knowledge in all modes of transport
