The Operations Supervisor – Customs Brokerage is responsible for supervising the import personnel of the department. This position manages workflow to ensure maximum productivity is reached within all teams.

• Supervises import team personnel by managing workflow and team productivity and addressing employee performance and additional personnel standards
• Prepares and monitors customs compliance and broker management reports
• Maintains communication with customers and provides market competitive rate quotes
• Develops Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) based on customer specifications
• Handles accounting processes; including monitoring AP/AR issues, Post Entry reviews and audits

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity, Customs Broker License preferred
• Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
