Your role on the team: (job description)
- Facilitates the preparation and completion of tender requests through pre-qualification questionnaires by consolidating and submitting pre-qualification questionnaires to internal and external customers to clarify tender bids
- Manages tender activities by reviewing bid documents for grammatical and customer requirement accuracy, issuing notification packages, ensuring bid documentation is completed, and briefing stakeholders on the tender progress
- Monitors responses and collaborates with contributors to ensure high quality information from bid tenders are received and included in the client bid document; escalates identified quality issues to key stakeholders
- Develop strategies and guidelines to drive success on complex bids with a thorough understanding of tender requirements
- Develops and maintains tender submission forms, client presentations, and project photo galleries as needed for bids
- Review project logistics market information including information on upcoming projects globally using tools and databases, and disseminate market information to the global team
- Communicate any project or client leads to team members
- Assists with the planning and organization of client meetings and special events
- Travels up to 10% of the time
What you need: (requirements)
- Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with tender management systems
- Experience in global sales lead sourcing with systems, EIC preferred
- Knowledge of global approved suppliers and most suitable partners in relevant project locations
