Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Customer Service team engaged in carrying out customer service activities.

Your role on the team:
- Monitors service calls to observe Representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
- Conducts Representatives performance appraisals
- Takes corrective action to adjust customer complaints
- Answers questions about service
- Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints
- Invoicing for three buildings
- Customer Service for three buildings
- Other duties as required and assigned
What you need: (requirements)
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with management responsibilities
- Experience using warehouse management systems and/or AS400 operating systems
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
