What you will be doing:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for contacting current and potential customers by phone to grow prospects and sales. An employee at this level performs work under direct supervision., handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Primary Duties

• Drives product sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities.
• Generates market interest and closes sales by executing activities such as projects, surveys, campaigns, teaching, site visits and promotions.
• Participates in on-site product demonstrations for visiting customers as required by management.
• Actively solicits product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
• Provides telephone support to customers.
• Engages in other sales-related duties as needed.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers.

Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
