Your role on the team:
The Finance Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support of financial projects.
- Processes intake forms into the project workflow software and tracks approval check points
- Assists in monthly reporting activities by ensuring accuracy of approved financial plans are loaded to financial reporting systems
- Ensures reports are standardized; including approved updates to reports and templates are implemented
- Provides periodic general system training for end users
What you need:
- Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
- PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with limited oversight
- Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
