Your role on the team:

The Finance Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support of financial projects.

  • Processes intake forms into the project workflow software and tracks approval check points
  • Assists in monthly reporting activities by ensuring accuracy of approved financial plans are loaded to financial reporting systems
  • Ensures reports are standardized; including approved updates to reports and templates are implemented
  • Provides periodic general system training for end users

What you need: 

  • Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
  • PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with limited oversight
  • Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
