Job Description

  • Creates a working environment that assures the Health and Safety (H&S) of workers in the Operations including identification and management of occupational risk. 
  • Executes priorities as directed by the Operations Lead and or facility lead
  • Manages inventory and ordering of office supplies, and other amazon materials needed for the facility.
  • Creates booking, documentation and coordinates trucking for vendors for return transportation. 
  • Executes Operations warehouse policies and procedures and works to improve efficiency and productivity. 
  • Verifies inbound and outbound delivery documentation. 
  • Creates and validates all outbound delivery documents and load sheets.
  • Monitor: cross-dock email and disseminates communication to department heads within PMF for immediate action.
  • Process emails and monitor urgent heliport and C Port orders. Communicate and plans, booking, pick , pack and shipping as well as prepares document for urgent transportation for rush items. 
  • Complete invoice remediation for invoice block and not paid by PMF BP.  Researches such items and attempts to solve and release. 
  • Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns. 
  • Supports projects to drive cost savings, process improvements/ harmonization, and/or infrastructure changes
  • Communicate with employees and other department supervisors and managers on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to other company internal projects.
