Summary:

The Customer & Market Insights Analyst will represent the Voice of the Customer for assigned line of business & product offering and is responsible for the coordination and execution of customer research projects. This role will work with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their information needs and design and conduct research to assist in business decision-making and strategic planning.

Job Duties: -

·;;;;;;;; Manages and executes all phases of a market research study, including: study design, questionnaire development, survey programming (where necessary), fieldwork coordination, analysis, writing consultative reports, and presentations

·;;;;;;;; Consults internal clients on their business issues to help optimize marketing communication, product portfolios, and other aspects of new and existing product offerings

·;;;;;;;; Serves as primary point of contact for key stakeholders and team members throughout the organization to provide insights and recommendations aimed at improving performance through the eye of the customer;

·;;;;;;;; Collaborates with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through data and analytics

·;;;;;;;; Designs and manages analyses that require multiple sources of data housed inside and outside of the VOC platform data (attitudinal, behavioral, operational), securing appropriate resources as needed

·;;;;;;;; Stays up to date on the 3PL industry and market intelligence: Partners with stakeholders to help position GEODIS as a thought leader to prospects and customers

·;;;;;;;; Serves as liaison with outside agencies

Requirements:

;

;

·;;;;;;;; Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing, customer insights, or competitive intelligence role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

·;;;;;;;; Strong analytical & critical thinking skills

·;;;;;;;; Experience working within a Supply Chain or Logistics organization preferred

·;;;;;;;; Experience with a wide range of qualitative techniques including, but not limited to, ethnography, IDIs, projective techniques, and focus groups

·;;;;;;;; Experience with a wide range of quantitative techniques including, but not limited to, MaxDiff, conjoint/tradeoff, TURF, and driver analysis

·;;;;;;;; Experience with competitive intelligence frameworks preferred

·;;;;;;;; Hands on experience with online survey tools such as Qualtrics

·;;;;;;;; PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel

·;;;;;;;; Ability to quickly learn new information and effectively present it in written and visual forms of communication

·;;;;;;;; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as a team member

·;;;;;;;; Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals

·;;;;;;;; Ability to manage ambiguity and help cross-functional teams to deliver on superior customer experience

·;;;;;;;; Ability to follow the strict brand and visual guidelines

·;;;;;;;; A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
