Job Description

Summary:

The Labor Management Reporting Analyst is responsible for end to end Labor Management reporting by compiling/formatting/summarizing operational and labor activity data, comparing results across systems to determine cause operational triggers, developing action plans to improve labor productivity output, and coaching/training operations supervisors on implementing actions.

 

Job Duties:

Runs reports from Red Prairie Labor Management System, Kronos, and Warehouse Management System(s)

Analyzes data in Excel, including using v-lookups and pivot tables; develops PowerPoint presentations; creates and maintains dashboards

Audits and validates data and ensure consistency in reporting

Reviews results to determine root cause and leading indicators

Develops action plans to improve reporting

Provides site level support to warehouse operations team for labor management

Coaches operations supervisors and develops training to improve performance

Submits LMS requests for issue resolution and system upgrades

Works closely with Engineering on LMS upgrades and new account installations

Other duties as required and assigned

Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience and/or training
Minimum 1 year relevant experience and/or training
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced experience in
Microsoft Excel
Travel as required to support regional LMS activities
Previous Labor Management Systems experience preferred

 Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and demanding environment

Ability to work flexible schedule and weekends as needed

Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger,
handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting
and temperate climate conditions.
