Your role on the team:

  • WFM (Workforce Management): Oversee WFM system administration and system configuration, ensuring the system is functioning optimally and efficiently. Serve as technical SME in Workforce management, troubleshooting issues with integrations, transaction assistant, dataviews, HCM profiles, Timekeeping profiles, Access and Licenses.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to provide insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved system functionality.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to HR staff and other end-users to maximize the utility of the HRIS.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and generate accurate reports as needed. Develop and deliver customs reports for internal Stakeholders in Business Intelligence (Cognos)
  • Administer, monitor and analyze business processes requiring technical support across all the modules in UKG such as Core, Payroll, Performance, recruiting and Onboarding. With focus on WFM.
  • Engagement program administration (High Five)
  • Provide production and test support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions and/or alternate methods to meet business needs based on system capabilities.
  • Work on special projects as they arise.
  • Other duties as required and assigned.

What you need: (requirements)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in HR data analytics and/or data management; experience
  • with cloud based HRIS, UltiPro preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
