Your role on the team: 

• Monitors team productivity and distribution of workflow  
• Initiates and monitors monthly management reports, financial statements, and account reconciliations.  
• Communicates with personnel to resolve accounting issues and assists in understanding and eliminating accounting discrepancies.  
• Manages employees including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, and coaching.  
• Manages accounting for salary, wages, and related benefits and temporary labor workforce.  
• Provides audit support. 

What you need: 

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience  
• CPA preferred.  
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.  
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
