Your role on the team: (job description) 

• Coordinating directly with commercial airlines and cargo carriers to secure cargo space, negotiate competitive freight rates, and plan efficient flight routes based on the urgency and dimensions of the shipment. 

• Preparing, verifying, and processing critical, legally binding international shipping documents. This includes creating Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin, ensuring strict compliance with international trade laws. 

• Ensuring all shipments adhere to local and international export regulations, TSA security protocols, and customs requirements. This also involves handling specialized compliance for hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods) or temperature-sensitive cargo. 

• Monitoring the status of shipments from origin departure to destination arrival, maintaining constant communication with clients, carrier partners, and overseas agents to provide real-time status updates and proactively resolve any transit delays. 

• Managing the financial lifecycle of the shipment by accurately calculating freight charges, issuing client invoices promptly upon departure, and auditing incoming carrier invoices to resolve any financial discrepancies.
